1. Overview & Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging Factory Compliance India for statutory advisory, license procurement, document compilation, or portal submission, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Advisory & Licensing Services
Factory Compliance India provides legal consultancy, document auditing, drawing verification, and electronic filing representation for:
- Factory License Registration & Renewal under Section 6 of Factories Act 1948 / OSH Code 2020.
- Contract Labour (CLRA) Principal Employer Registration & Contractor Licensing.
- Pollution Control Board Consent to Establish (CTE) & Consent to Operate (CTO).
- Fire NOC & Structural Stability Certificate coordination with licensed competent persons.
- Payroll & Labour Code Return Management across 9 operating states.
3. Client Responsibilities & Document Accuracy
The client factory owner / occupier / authorized manager agrees to provide accurate, genuine, and authentic information regarding manufacturing processes, installed horsepower, worker counts, property title deeds, and NOCs.
Factory Compliance India relies in good faith on documents supplied by the client. Any statutory delay or portal query arising from misrepresentation, false documentation, or unnotified physical site deviations remains the sole responsibility of the applicant.
4. Government Fees & Portal Processing
Statutory government fees (calculated automatically on state portals such as MAITRI, DISH Haryana/UP, or e-District Delhi based on worker count and HP) are payable directly to state government treasuries via official e-payment gateways. Professional service fees cover document audit, technical compilation, portal filing, and inspector coordination.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we maintain a high success rate and expedite approvals within 22–30 working days under normal circumstances, official license grant timelines remain subject to government department scrutiny, site inspections by DISH/Fire officers, and portal uptime.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
